I was born in Southern Maryland was raised in the military and now I am a navy wife and have 3 kids. We moved from San Diego, CA to Suffolk, VA.
I love to bake but don't like to cook. Someday I have a plan to change that but that is still a work in progress. I love scrapbooking and find it very peaceful.

I have been a lover of photography for as long as I can remember. I first became interested in taking pictures when I was a younger. I remember having an old 110 camera and would spend hours playing with it. I took photography in middle school and loved developing my images in the dark room. I was in awe watching images come to life.
We have come from poloroid’s now into a digital age.

I worked as a photographer/manager with a national portrait studio for 4 years. I learned alot about photography and capturing the special moments of people's lives. The company expanded to on location photography, I began to fall in love with photography even more and how the natural light works to enhance the portraits so now I try not to use a flash.

After much encouragement from friends and family, I decided to break out of the box and do my “own thing”. I keep my rates low because I want every family the chance to have professional portraits taken!
